Screwed.

Went to this dealer ship to buy a car. I told the sales person not to send my credit to anyone but G M A C. The sorry pos. Sent it to about 10 damn banks. Droped my credit score 40. Points. Stay away from this place unless you want to get screwed.

Damn poor service

Went there to buy a car. Applied for credit 6 days ago. No one at this dealer ship gives a rats behind if you are treated with respect or not. I sure hope the other hendricks dealer ships are better.

Car not even on lot

I came into your dealership to see the car on auto trader and was told it was being prepared to be serviced for saleing and should be ready on Tuesday and I came in on Sunday. I call on Tuesday to come look at car and was told owner still has it for 4 more days and then I will be able to look at it. This to me is not a good way to run a business the car should have never been on autotrader until it was ready to be sold I have wasted my time to come there and calling just to not see a car that is for sale

Dont buy a car from here. Service Mgr. John Patterson Berry is very unprofessional. Google his full name and read articles that come up. Hendrick Auto Group what kinda people are u hiring? Need to do more extensive background checks before hiring violent people. Should be terminated immediately!!!!
