Rick Hendricks Chevrolet have employees who lie to make a dollar. They lie about your credit score so they can force you into a higher interest rate so they make more money. They add warranty agreements to your loan that you didn't ask for. They continued to run my credit to finance a vehicle that had sitting on their lot after I bought another one. All I can really say is STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

I traded 1lt for 2lt I purchased service contract oil change asked for it to be canceled on the first car have not received my refund this purchase it was done in April it is now almost the end of June

Because they tried to scam us

They are in Georgia we are from Michigan after talking for over a week on a 2018 lifted Chevrolet truck.. internet price was 44,843.00 with the 799.00 fee included in the internet price for paper work etc.. we fly their after tax and title they try charging 54,439.46 with hidden fee 4,000 inspection fee double dip charge 799.00 plus other stuff they had to think of what it was plus they should be chg with sexual harassment

After numerous emails and phone calls issue is still not resolved. Jamie in finance told me many customers with “WE OWES” still have not received their items.

Why would you tell a customer that????They just don’t care. I was to receive a callback about when the cargo mat was coming in but 3 days later still haven’t received the call.

I will be writing a letter to the corporate office of Rick Hendricks to see if that gets me anywhere. Will see.

Purchased a new 2021 Tahoe from Kingston. By the way this was our 3rd and final purchase from this dealership. Every word out of Kingston's mouth was " I Represent You". Only received 1 key fob and waiting on the "We Owe" Cargo Mat. Texted a week later to Kingston said he was sending. Nothing yet. 3 weeks later called the dealership and asked for GM. Oh! he doesn't come in until noon. Really???? Finally, spoke to Ryan the Sales manager, and he got my Key Fob mailed out right away. Still waiting on the Cargo Mat. Now we are over a month later and I call for Ryan. Oh! he doesn't come in until noon. What is it with people in charge?????? I am so sick of this BS from this dealership. All they want is your money, and then they cast you aside. They have the worst customer service in the world!!!!! How anyone can recommend them is beyond me. If they had zero stars or negative stars that's what I would be choosing. They want to you to always give a good rating, but they don't do anything to get the Awesome Rating.

Shopping for a Truck

Im in the market for a truck. I explained to the sales rep Jimmy Humes that I was just shopping to compare your truck to the new Ram 1500. He was such a nice and professional sales person. Not too pushy. If I decide to by your 2019 Chevy Truck, I will definitely come back to see him. Thank you young man, It was indeed a pleasure

I wen to Rick Hendrick to purchase a use Land Rover. I test drove it and everything was going smooth until it came down to pricing. Adam Rubin their " used car sales manager" would not budge at all on the price. That really did not bother me that much, because it was priced competitive. However a person still wants some off just to fell like you are getting a deal. The thing that bothered me is what he want to give me on my trade in. He offered me 4,000 low from KBB.. this to me was insulting my intelligence. Then he would not budge on coming up on the trade in to something reasonable. These guys did not want to sell a car today and Adam was a bit of a *** about it. I will buy my used Land Rover some where else and would not recommend anyone this dealership!

We were at buford rick hendricks ...we were there from 11am to 10pm ..waiting to get approved it was still pending. Almadi huessan told us to go ahead and take the car while still pending. THEY SHOULD NOT WASTE PPL'S TIME UNTIL IT GETS APPROVED. I LIVE TWO HOURS AWAY PLUS WE ARE UPSET BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER IS A SINGLE PARENT AND US HAVING TO TELL HER SHE HAS T0 TAKE THE CAR BACK!!! WE BOUGHT TWO CARS FROM RICK HENDRICKS NEVER AGAIN. PLUS THE MANAGER CHRIS SAIDS HE IS THE DIRECTORY MANAGER AND ASKING WHATS MY PROFFESION BECAUSE I WAS UPSET ON HOW THEY HANDLE THINGS UNPROFESSIONAL ...FIRST OF ALL NO CUSTOMER HAS TO BE TREATED THAT WAY. WE HAVE FURNITURE BUISNESS AND FOR CHRIS TO TALK TO ME THAT WAY, WAS DISCRIMIATION TO ME BECAUSE I AM HISPANIC MY HUSBAND USE TO BE A SALESMAN AT A CAR DEALER SAIDS THEY SHOULD OF NEVER LET US DRIVE THAT CAR AWAY FROM THE STORE UNTIL IT IS APPROVED ..THEN CHRIS HANGS UP ON MY HUSBAND...CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS TERRIBLE...AFTER WE FINISH OUR TRUCK AND CAR PAYMENTS..WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN.

Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Buford - Tire Rotation Review

I purchased my 2012 Nissan Ultima at Rick Hendricks so as norm l took it for service on 12/29/2016. They completed the oil change but no tire rotation due to my tires needed to be replaced. Understood. Payed the price quoted no discount given although not fully completed. Went to get new tires on 1/20/2017 and was told my tire lock key is missing. I called Rick Hendricks service while my car was on hold.for service and was told I would need.to call A Nissan dealer. Explained the situation and was.then told the tires were not rotated. Explained correct, but my key lock is missing. Was told again I would need to go to a Nissan Dealer.... REALLY....my car is last serviced by your people and you wont help me. I now have.to replace all four tire locks and key. $65+ out of pocket for a product which should have been left in its oroginal location. Who ever took my lock key really messed me up. Rick Hendricks doesn't back up their 100% satisfaction guarantee like the allegedly claim. No longer.a satisfied customer and out $65+ due to their lack of customer service. I want my out of.pocket expense replenished!

Bought a new silverado truck from buford location, had it one month then stayed in shop for 2 months. While in the shop the put a dent in it. And did not say a word. Never got the truck fixed aways get attiuded when trying to get a loner veh. while mine was being worked on. Awful service dept. Does no good to make an apt atill have to wait half the day.
