Verified ReviewerScams and lies!!!
- - The contract lists $3620 over the price and fees aren't broken down.
- - The gas card was not given or discounted, and no price negotiation.
Good morning Mr Larson,Im the woman who was talking with you yesterday about my contract in the dealer,Im better writing than speaking so Im going to try to explain my complaint about it,now my car has $3620.00 dollars above of the actual price, cause I dont now what happened with that money, with my money, and in the contract you must break down all the fees that dealer charges, you cant keep the clients money and put any selling price number without any reason, even when I bought that car in the same shape how it came from the factory,I dont add any additional equipment, and the easy answer as the Mr Maidana told me yesterday is not to say that the missing money is a pro fee!!!what is that???what kind of professional say that!!!
And the seller Juan Carlos since the first moment it was lying, trying to keep the gas card for him self, which one never was given to me,and much less discounted. They never negotiated a price with me,how I am going to be satisfied with a selling price so high???
I want my money back,or at less to discount the $3620.00 dollars from the selling price that you arbitrarily put in the contract.I know my rights Sr and the extent of my responsibility, but the simple fact that I have signed a flawed and disregard contract, does not hold me responsible for the omissions of the contract.
Sincerely, Elizabeth Armada.

I have NEVER been in such a poorly manufactured vehicle in my life--I'm 66 years old. I know vehicles--my great-uncle Charles E.
Johnson invented a part for the engine that Ford Motor Company purchased. My daughter and I rented your vehicle, I'm 66 years old, so I've been in many different cars.
Your vehicles are dangerous and should be re-designed!

- - Bought KIA Carnival EX ($39,270) with aftermarket running boards; dealer offered LX swap.
- - Running boards unsafe; they cause falls.
There has been no contact at all from the dealership to even address this situation.I learned from personal experience and I hope I can help someone else not to make same mistake and use a different dealership where they can get better trustworthy customer service and better deals.
I bought KIA carnival on Thursday November 17th which was actually EX MSRP $39270 they have added some tire package which is basically nothing except it has automatic running boards which I believe is an after market addition and not from KIA. I took car home and didnt feel it driving properly and running boards were actually not safe and dangerous My kid almost fell twice because of it because it is too low and not fit for this particular car and I also got hit when opening the car.
Within couple days Saturday November 19 I went back to the dealership and expressed my concern and I was told it is ok and they will exchange to a new higher model LX without any additions. They said they have it coming in about 8days or so same way I have and want it black exterior and instead of beige interior it will be Tuscan and I was fine with that.I offered to leave the car so I dont put any mileage on it and it stays kind of new but they said no I can take it home and drive it till they get the new one for exchange. After that I called and texted over and over for a while and got no response at all. That is not the kind of service I expected from this kind of big reputed dealership.I am really in happy with the car.Especially the Running boards are dangerous and a liability issue if someone gets hurt
- Not keeping their word and customer service
Preferred solution: Preferably Exchange of the car as they promised and if they are not able to do it for any reason take off the running boards and extra package and give car at its actual proper MSRP price
User's recommendation: There are many other dealerships other then Rick Case of any brand car.
I brought my car to the sawgrass kia dealership today at 7:15. They did not fix my car and said the part wouldn't be there until Saturday. They were to busy trying to confirm my extended warranty the
- - Brought Sorento Oct 1; warranty couldn't be located.
- - Latch not covered; rust.
- - Elvis said pickup now possible, but loaner charge applies.
I brought my kia sorento in on Oct. 1st at 7:15 I told Micheal that I had the extended warranty.
He said he had to call the bank. He said it would only take an hour. He couldn't find my warranty then he said the latch wasnt covered because it was rusted out. ( I live in florida).
Please. Since the part never got ordered my car wont be ready until Saturday now. I spoke to a so called manager named Elvis and he said you can pick your car up now you dont have to wait ti Saturday. Yes, dummy but now I have to spend my day off dealing with this boneheaded dealership again.
All because they were so worried about how the bill was going to get paid. No one care that I dont have a car.
Elvis told me there would be a charge for a loaner car. Very pissed customer.customer.
- Management is horrible
- Management or should i say lack of
- All bad
Preferred solution: Dont act like an *** why I get upset that my car will take 3 days to fix. Offer me a loaner pretend that you care .
User's recommendation: Dont buy a car there. Run for the hills. The day I bought my car it took so long to do everything I finally said I would have to come back. Easiest sale they ever made. I picked out the car my self.
