I have tried many times recently to was my car using the car wash card supplied when I bought the car from Rick Case. I've tried University at Plantation Hyundai. I've tried Hyundai at Davie and Honda at Davie. In the last 6 weeks I've managed one car wash. If they cannot keep their car wash working what can they do for your car? I'll be getting my service elsewhere along with my next car.

I buy a car from 2/21/17 and the car have a problem after I buy 1 weeks (7 days)and I go back to the dealer I talk with sale manager and sale man about what problems that happen for that car don't inspect before sales the car has Noiseon the rear tire and the need alignment when I tell them and they never care what going on that very bad Every ones do not buy the car from this dealer.

Rick Case Hyundai FL seazed my engine
Drove the car in for a repair to head gasket, they seized engine and gave me back keys, like that's what normally happens. Absolutley horrible service and managment. They even tried to make me pay for them to diagnose the problem, you know the problem I told them existed. So in diagnosing they seized the engine and tried to walk away from any responsibility. Management tried to tell me I lied to them, how doesd that change that a mechanic seized the engine during testing the engine. Drive the car in then I had to tow it out and somehow that acceptable to them.
