While advertised that competitors service would be honored, upon presenting a coupon from a nearby Hyundai dealer, my coupon w as rejected "....they are not a competitor....." Seriously!

The General Manager, Bryan Seagraves is intentionally defying Hyundai Corporate and Consumer Affairs and putting my family in danger! There is a MAJOR URGENT RECALL - ENGINE REPLACEMENT on the car I bought from Rick Case Hyundai Duluth and the GM won't even help resolve the issue.

All I ask for is for the dealer that sold me this car to replace it with WHAT IT PURCHASED and not a Sonata Lemon that Hyundai temselves contacted me about yesterday about this dangerous URGENT RECALL - ENGINE REPLACEMENT as the car stalls and leaves you as a target on the Interstate.

Very dangerous car and insurance going up due to the high risk. Very unprofessional GM and Sales Team.

The temporary General Manager, Bryan Seagraves, is refusing to listen to Hyundai USA, Corporate and Consumer Affairs and honor the URGENT RECALL on the Hybrid Sonata I bought from his team. I have this well documented, have a case opened with Hyundai Consumer Affairs and am only asking that Bryan Seagraves does the honorable and proper customer service response, and promptly trade my Car and get my family, with disabled daughter into a similar Sonata that is NOT a Hybrid that stalls.

I am VERY upset and surprised that a GM would ignore his responsibilities and show such poor professionalism.

I have been in Executive Management for more than 16 years and I would expect to be FIRED if I conducted myself in such a manner, representing Rick Case. I am sure Rick and Rita will be disappointed.

RICK CASE HYUNDAI DULUTH GA.-BEWARE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED

This review is specific to the service department at the Rick case Hyundai in Duluth, Ga.the service manager Tony is incompetent and detached from what customer service should be and very unapologetic for his lack of professionalism.

The service director Tammy Baker is also very uninvolved and fails to even return a phone call to customers who may have issues with the service department. My car was towed into Rick Case Hyundai Duluth on the eve. of Wed. 3/15/16.

I then called on Thurs 3/17/16 to let the service department know not to work on the car until I confirmed my warranty info and I would call back as soon as possible. I called back on Fri. @ 1:30pm 3/18/16 and spoke with Tony (service manager), letting him know that it's a go please go ahead and do the diagnostic. He replied I will let the tech know now.

Well that did not happen. After calling on Saturday late afternoon Jennifer nor the tech had no clue of what was going on and said that Tony never told anyone in the shop to do the diagnostic. So with Tony dropping the ball yet once again in my second experience with Rick Case Hyundai Duluth this was not a surprise! Jennifer however assured me that she would be sure that the car was taken care of on Monday 3/21/16, in which it was.

Highly upset with the lack of communication and no apology from Tony (service manager), I proceeded to call Tammy Baker (service director) leaving a very detailed voicemail message and never received a call back. Monday morning Tony calls me and states that I will need a battery in order for the diagnostic to be performed. With that being said, this means that my car had not been so much as started to begin a diagnostic and now we are on day 3 of no service to my car, no follow-up phone call and no acknowledgement of poor customer service. I purchased the battery and explained to Tony that I thought it was fair if I received either a discount or no charge at all for the diagnostic due to the poor service that was provided to me.

Jennifer who was very helpful at the end of this process called me back after the diagnostic was complete 3/22/16 (DAY5) explaining the problem with the car and the cost to repair. I called today 3/23/16, reluctantly spoke with Tony to make the payment for the battery over the phone and going over the events of my poor service experience I asked, what he was going to do in regards to the diagnostic fee and he proceeds to tell me that he is going to charge me the full amount regardless of the experience.

After asking him if he felt that the service that I had received from Rick Case Hyundai was acceptable for the diagnostic charge he proceeded to say yes???I WILL NEVER HAVE MY CAR SERVICED HERE AGAIN AND I WILL ALSO BE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO BEWARE.....N

Uncourteous Service Assistants!!!

The service assistant posing to be a manager turned down their own service coupon!!when questioned he was very discourteous & arrogant.On being asked to call his supervisor or manager,he arrogantly turned the request down saying that he was the manager.I learnt later on that he was only an assistant.This incident took place on last Saturday at 9am at hyundai dealership located near gwinnett place mall Duluth GA.I have been visiting this dealership for the past 10yrs but had never such experience.The service assistant in question is in his 20s and of asian/oriental origin.This incident has pissed me so much that i have decided not to visit this dealership.
