False Story from FIRED Employee
The article above is from a girl who was Fired for taking advantage of the company, & worked only 1 Week! She has a history of getting jobs, and going on unemployment as soon as possible, or having 'accidents' (in this case on the base), then we all saw, she couldn't provide a Drs.
report for the 9 mos. she was off, so let go. To get even, she has tried to bad-mouth this GOOD COMPANY, WITH GOOD EMPLOYERS, GREAT GIRLS, VERY GOOD COFFEE & FOOD! Hope she gets hers coming.
I was there when she worked: a phony ***.

On Schofield Barracks in Wahiawa, Hawaii I decided to eat at Rich's Daily Grinds and Bagel and the girls working were listening to obscene music, were rude to me and my friends and when making the food the touched my cash, the register then proceeded to make my food with un gloved and un washed hands! It was disgusting and completely unsatisfactory.
I can not believe the way I was treated either, like I owed them something by eating there. It was completely ridiculous!
Never again, obviously something needs to be done about this establishment. I hope no one else is treated the way that I was.

She also sued the base for money. Everyone here was nice to her but she is only interested in working less, suing so her lazy *** can stay home.

This was a PAST DISGRUNTLED EMPLOYEE, who got FIRED, and is trying to get even with the Company. She was loud, told other employees what to do, came in late from drinking late, and was RUDE to customers.

They are absolutely amazing. Not one problem with them.
They always get my order right they are always fast about it always courteous and never have they treated me poorly. Food is great and the employees are great. Never have I once ordered something and them end up not having it. Oh and the atmosphere is decent for where it's located.
So all these comments about how horrible it is, you're greatly mistaken. And if the girls have such a problem with work, then quit!

Megan is a rude ***. Should be fired I won't go there anymore. Every time I ordered a coffee and she was on register she was rude and acted like I was asking her to make me everything on the menu.
I am a close friend of an employee at richs and let me be the first to say, all the girls that work there LOVE drama. A manager whom I won't name is harassing my friend and threatening her via text.
All around just a bad company.
Always out of stuff, on any given day you can go to the shop in front of burger king and they are out of croissants and coffee flavors. Its sad really because the coffee shop has potential to be awesome they just hire *** idiots and the management is a joke.
