Unprofessional and Careless Music Center

The Music Education Center at Richmond Piano is only concerned about making money. If you want to take music lessons (piano, voice, guitar, or strings) take elsewhere!!
The Music Education Administrator is constantly unavailable, schedules lessons incorrectly, and mischarges for payements. I once sat down to make a payment and she was on a dating website chatting with someone while she was supposed to be answering my questions and working out lesson payments. The instructors are mediocre and barely certified. No instructor at the school has a music education degree.
Overall, the environment was unprofessional and poorly run. If you're looking for music lessons - look for private teachers!
Do not take from a company -- they don't care about teaching music! They care about making a profit.
