I certainly don't agree with the negative review I just read. I have used Dwayne for several jobs and find him and his company to provide expert, honest and quality service. So what if he looks like he's pouring concrete....he probably is! His company poured a sidewalk for me once. I called him and showed him that it wasn't quite square with house, and he was back to replace it the next day. I recall I seemed to always meet with him for estimates on Saturdays. Six day a week man. If I performed hard labor all day, I wouldn't answer by phone on nights and weekends either. Val Trabucchi.

Richie's Construction, Petoskey Michigan: Owner Dwayne Richie is rude and unprofesional

Richie's Construction, Petoskey Michigan, Cement Contractor, Owner Dwayne Richie. The owner is rude. He apparently thinks his opinion is the only opinion that matters. He is very unprofessional in both appearance and attitude. He leaves the distinct impression that he would rather be out having a good time instead of dealing with customers. If you want a contractor that you can reach on nights or weekends, do not bother calling this company. If you want a contractor who will listen to you and explain things to you, do not bother calling this company. There are many other reliable cement contractors in Petoskey Michigan. I would advise you choose any of them over Richie's Construction.

Dwayne and his crew were professional and prompt, they put up with my delays and changes. They wasted no time or motion.

His apartments on Wildwood Rd. are full of mold and he could gives a rats *** about it.

I think he worries more about how to keep his gold digging wife who is way out of his league. Yes he is a joke in the city of Petoskey.
