Cons: In the 3rd cash out they accuse you of cheating and hacking and idling and botting and they steal your rewards, No support just bot garbage and no longer am honest game that actually pays out turned into rest of scammers, Slow redemption.Recent recommendations regarding this business are as follows: "Do not spend money on richie games and don't expect a response when something goes wrong. Stealing my money and time
I've had multiple games just stop crediting, and I've spent so much money on the games. Then, all of a sudden, it's not tracking anything.
I reached out for support since December and got a blanket response that clearly shows they didn't read it. Run away from this game; support is non-existent, and they will steal your time and money.

2 weeks and still no payout or response from support... this is not how the game ran before...
it was a great game and I could make a gift card here and there... now 2 weeks and I can only get 100.00 payouts, so that is a million coins, and I play a little bit each day...
support will not respond... no way to get real help any longer.

@HavocPoV, they said I have a blacklist IP address, and that is not my IP address. They said I bot, idle, and cheat.
I have never cheated in my life or idle games or bot. I am angry to be accused. They said I live in Walnut Ridge, which is not true. I live in Portia.
My IP ends in 115, so they are liars. They won't pay me because they are scammers and stole my bank money I spent, so they can cash out and not reward me!

Verified ReviewerRedeemed $10 gift card with my email magicflamez313@***.com & haven't gotten a future notice for my hard earned rewards in over almost a week now? Says something about third party dispatches.
I think the rewards or redemption rate for money has taken way to long now. It's been almost a week with no notice on Richie Rewards app.
I just want my gift card of $10 redemption by now & not a delayed excuse.
I hope this forum helps or resolves this issue as well. I formely do trust this website for better results :)
