Resolved: Warning people who need an apartment to not rent from any Richdale complexes
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They finally came in an fixed the problem.
No one emailed me back nor did anyone address the issue. Ever since I told them that I am not renewing my lease they have been giving me the "redheaded step kid nobody wants" treatment. My electricity bill is going to be high because it has been running for 2 days and nights. Now it's after 7:00 pm on New Years Eve and no one is going to fix it on New Years day either.
This place sucks when it comes to fixing issues with structure. If they do, the maintenance people leave a mess, they do not clean up after the work they do and have the audacity to use your toilet and not clean up. I am so done with this place! I have had a roof over my head at a cost.
My breathing has been challenged, my comfort has been compromised and they continue to rope people in who have no idea what they are getting themselves into. People are constantly moving out of these apartments.
