If you hire these people for a loan modification you might as well take your money and go to Vegas they will not help you they will not negotiate anything with the bank all they will do is collect their fees and at the end there will try to talk you into a short sale which will be handled by a realty company owned by their relatives therefore collecting more money from the proceeds of the sale on top of the ridiculous high fees already pay for so do your homework and do not fall for this scam

- - Told I qualified for Chapter 7 with $60k income.
- - Paid $2,000 plus admin fees and $300 court costs; refund denied; judge said I didn't qualify.
I went to his office to file for bankruptcy chapter 7, and when he checked my documents, he said that I qualify for a chapter 7, although I made 60000 a year. Then I paid 2000 plus adm charges and court 300.
When we had the hearing the judge said that I do not qualify because my income was more than 50k a year, and was dismissed.
I told him to refund my money, because he knows prior that I wont qualify, and he said no. Please, be careful with "Richard Adams Bankruptcy Attorney in Hialeah Florida"!!!!
