Seeds didn't germinate, company didn't refund or reply.

I bought two seed packets from Rich Farm Garden Supply Co of Winchester, IN. The seeds didn't germinate.

I returned the seeds in early May (it's now mid-July) and got no refund or response. Repeated emails to the company have elicited no response. They have no customer service department (which I didn't know before I ordered the seeds) so I called the only 2 numbers they provide: the Order line and the General Message line.

No one answered the phone, I was sent to the message bank...and was told that both message banks are full! Don't buy seeds from this company!
