Tech rigged part several times
My warranty company assigned my work request to Rice Appliance Pro for dryer not heating, tech stated he fixed the problem 7 days later, the dryer wasn't drying. 2nd request made the same tech from Rice Appliance Pros was assigned the work request, tech came out stated he fixed the problem 3 days later dryer wasn't drying.
I called the warranty company, who attempted several times to contact Rice Appliance Pro w/o success. Rice Appliance Pro cancel the service request w/o notifying the warranty company or me, they failed to warranty their work. The work request was given to another vendor, the vendor came in and found the dryer element to be the original part that had been rigged by the previous tech from Rice Appliance Pros to work. Rice Appliance Pros has terrible customer service, and it is very obvious that they are unprofessional, liars, not trustworthy, & not honest.
1st American Home Warranty & other warranty must remove them from their vendors list. I would not recommend Rice Appliance Pros to anyone.
To rig the dryer element could have been a very dangerous, a fire hazard to my family, very irresponsible for a company to be mischievous. Rice Appliance Pros will take your money, service deposit, & money from the warranty company for a job undone.
