These people offer "Specials" or "Plates," and then over-charge you. Most people don't realize it.
Then, they "FORGET" to put elements of the plate (for example side orders) on the plate-- so you fill up on cheap rice and don't get what you paid for.
They've done this to me 3x and this last time they refused to refund my money when I had to return the bad food. Nasty People.AV
