AAA certified company damages tire AGAIN ....
This company was contracted through AAA to fix my tire. The person that was sent to my location could not take the tire the off after numerous attempts. He pulled out a long metal pole from his vehicle in efforts to pry the tire off. Eventually he got the tire off but damaged my rim in the process. Instead of making me aware of the damage, he swiftly place the tire back into my truck and did not say a word. Since I was very relieved that my tire was replaced with my full spare tire, I did not look at the regular tire until a week later. I notified AAA of the damage online but they claim they did not receive the message. The customer service representative stated that perhaps because it's such a large company, it may have gotten lost somewhere. When AAA finally contacted this company they claim they did not do this, do not remember the call and I'm left with a damaged tire again.
