Defective ricardo carry on suitcase
i have a expandable ricardo carry on suitcase
i am generally very happy with your products, however i am terribly disappointed with this carry on case that i have. i was travelling a few weeks ago with it and the handle jammed and didn't want to go up and therefore i hurt my back as i had to carry it. it was a little disconcerting but i know you are a reputable company and i am sure you will renew my trust in you by helping me and replacing my suitcase, as all reputable companies that i deal with do.
please let me know if you need some pictures and where i can send them.
