Trying to pay my bill

I've been trying to pay my bill since Friday. I've tried going to Rhythm to enquire about what I need to do, and they say it's not available.

I've never had my power turned off. I give my phone number, but you all don't recognize it.

How am I supposed to pay my bill when there is no response from you all? I don't understand why this has been continuing for the past few months when I'm trying to pay my bill.
