I'm constantly having a problem with Leo and it seems to be racially motivated I've been there for over 10 years and once a month there's a problem either it's my furniture my car trash can something the properties in family name but I live there before I hire a lawyer I want to talk to you or you can talk to Rachel whose name is on the property but I'm the one who makes the payment I recently started bill pay so that I wouldn't have to deal with this but they keep sending to my address which I'm presently in Los Angeles so I don't get the mail until it's forwarded to me I'm trying to make a payment via online but Leo constantly shuts off the online so I can't make a payment and it causes me be charged extra cuz I'm not going to do what we did last month why am I not able to access online why is he shutting it off I have a copy of the check and also have a copy of me trying to access online which tells me I can't access it please call me Troy Watkins 702 881 **** Or Rachel Watkins 310 292-**** Please and thank you

So she wrote up she meaning Diane and I would like to stay anonymous but she is giving out evictions to people who cannot get their skirting done do you not understand that there's family members who have died that there are people that are going through things that can't really afford skirting at the moment and I paid $30,000 cash for my trailer we have not been bad we have been very good people we have been trying to pay our rent she even looked down on us for having the church pay a couple times Diane is a harassing very evil person you know skirting a skirting and we're going to get ours done only because I have nowhere else to go after my mom got hit by that train I have nowhere else to go I don't have a mom and dad I bought this *** trailer for 30 grand and that's what I have but please evict me for not having my skirting done Diane please she goes around and she goes on people's property and I even have a neighbor who has video footage of her going on his property for no reason at all if we complain about something like a piper sting she totally treats us like dirt afterwards no wonder the maintenance people don't want to work here

I complained about my "new" noisy neighbors for being loud & dirty eating outside of their house because its an illegal efficiency built on to the mobile home where 4 different families live & because i complained because they are giving me roaches & I've Live here for 13 years with no bugs And now because I let Manny know that I did contact homeland security because there's a bunch of immigrants that moved in to my neighborhood that are very disrespectful and nastyAnd the following day after I complained I come home to 2 violations that I need to fix my window and my skirting on my trailerThose violations have been there for years and they stopped asking me to fix them and all of a sudden because I complain about my neighbors now I have to fix my house that by the way I've never been late in the 13 years I've lived here except for one time on my rent, I have no problem fixing my house however at the moment I don't have the money to do so but I will do it. Manny is taking this to another level and I believe hes trying to get me kicked out of this park So that he can move more illegal immigrants into the park and get paid for it I believe Manny is accepting money from these illegal immigrants for them to be able to stay here with no problems yet hes messing with the one that is A US citizen That pays her rent on time every month! Please have somebody call me before I have to get an attorney involved because this is ridiculous! The office is not allowed to retaliate against me it's illegal and I will get an attorney involved if I don't hear from somebody soon. RHP should not have people working in their office that do things of this nature. It's not a good luck and it's not going to keep the residents here long which is no good for your business.
