Bought living room furnture at rhodes furniture.they closedstores around here s nd we dont know who to contact about our furniture that has a lifetime warranty and is falling apart.it is leather cloud nine collection.very disappointed in how the furniture has not held up.it iscoming apart at seams.for what it cost you would think it would.have held up better.im really aggravated not knowing how to contactrhodes and get furnitureproblem resolved.

DRY ROTTED PILLOW TOP MATTRESS
Purchased pillow top mattress/frame set 7/2004.
Three areas on mattress have began to show signs of dry rotting.
Have been unable to get touch with anyone concerning this matter.
It's the last time I will purchase anything from a store going out of business.
To my knowledge, I am not aware of any resources I can tap into to get help with this problem.
As a consumer, I think it awful to sell furniture with a warranty and not be able to have the warranty honored when a problem arises.

I purchased furniture from rhodes in Louisville kenucky around 2004, with a rhodes credit card (retail services) and paid it off in march 2005 I think my account number was **************8409. I need a copy of my purchase of the furniture.
the invoice maybe. I can't find anthing.
