Great company, but for health reasons I have to cancel
I have tried to cancel but am unable to do so online. To log in you have to access a pass code and in doing I then lose my page and so on and so on. Please help, thank you.

What an appalling company to deal with
Trying to cancel subscription for months, sent back the product several times with instructions to cancel future orders. A simple old fashion telephone would solve the problem immediately.
