Clear up confusion

This is a finance company. They do not sell any consumer products.

The consumers decide they want to purchase an item from a selling company, but can't or won't afford the full amount upfront. They instead ask RFFC to help them pay in installments. RFFC verifies their identity, verifies the product, tells them how much they are financing, what the costs, interest, principle amount is, and what the monthly payments will be, and that they can cancel within 3 days.

The consumer's agree to it, provide banking or payment information, and receive their product from the selling company. Very simple.

RFFC Financial - Cancellation of pots sets; I have no idea of this purchase

Hello,

One of your agents came to do a show at my house. I recently saw a draw out of my credit and I dont know how your agent(chef David in Chicago who got my info) Hes a fraud.

I have reported to the bureau and I have also reported to my lawyer and a case will be built against this company and the agent himself. Please cancel whatever this pots off my credit, I did not buy anything nor did I have any kind of business with this man.

Hes out here scamming everyone of their hard earned money. The police is also now involved.

Worst financial company ever. Illegal reporting to credit bureau

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Rffc charged me for an item I didn't receive from Uecookware. Customer representative was rude.

They kept threatening with a legal contract. Had to get the police involved and report them to the credit bureau to get it solved.

Beware of this company. Seems fraudulent to me.

This is a finance company. They do not sell cookware or any consumer products, they only helped you finance the products you wanted to buy. If you are missing items, go to the people you bought it from, RFFC cannot get your items for you.

This is a finance company. They do not sell any consumer products.

You asked them to help you buy your products and pay in installments.

They verified your identity, told you how much it was going to cost and what your payments would look like, and you agreed. If you are missing items, go to the people you bought it from, RFFC cannot get your items for you.

Deceptive practices, failure to provide legally mandated information

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Very deceptive in their practices in my opinion. When questions are asked regarding payments, interest, balances, they refuse to talk to you.

Threaten with legal action despite refusing to provide legally mandated information. Essentially no customer service, with complete and utter lack of knowledge of basic financial information when a customer calls. Lindsay Smith their comptroller failed to provide the requested information despite countless emails. Their website fails to provide monthly updated information, no information on how payments are applied, what is going to interest and what is going to principal, no ending monthly balance is provided.

I have filed a complaint with the CFPB already. Shameful.

I think they are a night by flight company in my opinion that will refuse to acknowledge their failures and try to abscond their legal responsibilities. Beware.

RFFC financed and services our water Softner in Tucson AZ. This is the quality of water I get in my bathroom after the water Softner recycles. It is under warranty and they want to charge me 395 to replace the tank

Highway Robbery

Because of Medical reasons I tried the right way to return this product. It’s to heavy and bulky to use.

Was told to read the contract. Really. Since I have found out they sell for $500 dollars.

Highway robbery if you ask me. I am not done with this yet.
