Informed company that they are marketing a improperly manufactured product

- - -Customers and product issues were my concern.
- - -I contacted Hefty not for money, but to inform them they have a problem.
This company couldn’t care less about their customers. They had/have a large problem with a couple of there products but never published an announcement that they had any kind of problems .Nor did they offer any fair attempt to reimburse customers.
I owned and operated a business I built from the ground up for 54 years. My customers and my products were my first concern, and if there was a problem with my finished product, I wanted to know about it. My reason for contacting Hefty was not monetary, but to simply inform them they have a problem.

Product stinks
I asked reynolds to resend me complaint form and they threw the same website to send a msg. Its garbage i asked them to calli am gonna keep posting they r awful till they reach out
Bought these thought great idea they STINK stay away...trying to send this to reynolds but they don't have complaint section. Lucky there was NO FIRE. Air fryer on 350..

Complain Reynolds's Wrap
The wrap was mashed at the end of the roll , consequently it messed up the roll !! Ive used Renolds Wrap for years, never had this happen! I needed to Wrap up my crab cakes .

I believe Hefty bags are a product of Reynolds. I have a box of Hefty gallon size storage bags that are all stuck together with a glue that melted through all the bags and can't be separated without ruining them. It looks like it might have been a hot glue the melted through all the bags.
