We have been playing phone tag, so I am emailing to clarify where we stand today regarding my son's bike repair at Rev Ridder. The bike has been in your shop for over 10 weeks and has been non-functional for more than 4 months in total.

While I appreciate your prompt email responses and willingness to help throughout this process, we still do not have a definitive answer on when the bike will be repaired, which is understandably concerning given the timeframe. I appreciate how busy your shop can get, and thank you for the updates and efforts you have made so far.
I understand unforeseen delays can occur, but my patience is wearing thin, and I now need an immediate resolution. To move forward constructively, I request a specific completion date for the bike to be fully repaired and ready for pickup. If the bike cannot be fixed by the end of this month, I am requesting a full refund; please let me know the steps I should take to obtain the refund.
Please reply by August 28, 2025, with a clear timeline or update.

If its easier, please call me at 214-908-**** to discuss this further. I have consulted with my attorney regarding this matter, though I remain hopeful that we can resolve this without needing to retain legal services.

I got my mail 2 weeks ago that my parcel is out for delivery I have not received my parcel yet. I honesty feel Evris has very bad customer service too. No one mailed me about the delay in delivery.
