I ordered, I tried it, it was horrible. The taste is horrible, and the ingredients are not fresh or good.
I tried to cancel 4 times, and they still send it, and I throw it in the trash. I want this canceled. I just got a notice that they are sending another shipment and charged my bank account.

I received my smoothies and all were completely defrosted and I had to toss them out. I would like a refund and cancel any other any other future orders. This not worth my time.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
CAN'T GET HOLD OF ANYONE. NO HOURS ON SITE FOR CHAT, NO HOURS ON CHAR SITE, NO HOURS ON CHAT SITE, NO HOURS ON CHAT SITE
Unacceptable
Order was delivered thawed and there was water in lieu of dry ice. Smoothie cups were wet and mushy.
I opened one to see what was going on and fruit was thawed.
Nasty-looking because it was more thawed than frozen. I demand a refund.

I like your product but can't seem to cancel although my updated order since two months ago says I'm deactivated but the orders keep coming each month??? I have more than I can use right now.
