The email domain does not work to get help. When you cancel subscription online.
It still remains active and then you have to call on top of that. with no luck.

THE WORST
I ordered, I tried it, it was horrible. The taste is horrible, and the ingredients are not fresh or good.
I tried to cancel 4 times, and they still send it, and I throw it in the trash. I want this canceled. I just got a notice that they are sending another shipment and charged my bank account.

Unacceptable
Order was delivered thawed and there was water in lieu of dry ice. Smoothie cups were wet and mushy.
I opened one to see what was going on and fruit was thawed.
Nasty-looking because it was more thawed than frozen. I demand a refund.
