Enterprise Rent A Car - Denied a rental!
Enterprise, I want to thank you for preventing me to go see my father when he was having a a heart procedure done. My husband and I were denied a rental because we have AZ license and live in CA.
I have rented a car from you on average every 3 months in the last year and spent about $300+ every time and have never been denied a rental. I am so upset that you can just implement certain rules and policies whenever your managers feel like it. This is my first bad experience and it was a horrible one. I may I will be needing to rent a car in November and I will probably not be using this company.
How dare you when your competitors are less expensive! We had all the paper work!
Current pay check stubs, utility and valid DL! The procedure my father had would be stopping his heart and thank god everything went okay but I can not express how completely upset I was for having had missed being there for him.

So after talking to the actual manager I see that policy is policy and they were gracious in remedying the situation. I will continue to use this company because they care about their customers.
