Not receiving e-edition of newspaper

Last week I signed up and paid to start receiving the e-edition of the Review Journal. As of today, I have not received a single edition.

I have called at least four times, spoken to seven people, some whom passed me on to a supervisor and others to two IT associates, who assured me they would fix the problem.

So far, that has not happened. I would like to get the paper, but if you can't fix the problem, I wish to cancel my subscription and get a refund.
