Terrible quality - worse support
Motor fails until out of warranty.
Low quality Metal frame that broke at solder joint. Called and emailed multiple times with no follow up.
Highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Finally got remote paired and working but never contacted by Reverie.
Remote lost connection with the bed for couple days but disconnected and finally got paired and working again.
Remote does not work. I have been calling customer service and no one is calling me back.
The remote was sketchy to begin with. I had to hit the buttons very hard in order to get any movement in the bed.
Now it does not work at all.
The batteries have been changed the remote lights up, but nothing is happening to the bed. I have called your facility eight times today and have been put on hold and then disconnected.

Quality of product
My frame bent and they have the nerves to tell me that its not covered by the manufacturer warranty. I will never deal them or tempurpedic because I purchased it from tempurpedic direct and they cut ties with reverie because of bad quality

A manager was very unprofessional and hung up on me I want him terminated in a paying customer and am not going to be treated like that

Bed no pairing
Want to TALK to customer service person. Bed not paired, been through this before did basic trouble shooting.
My remote doesnt have batteries that can be installed.
Could still be remote, top light wont come on. Maybe bed sensor?

Need cord for bed realized it was missing after moving .. put batteries in no function then called raymour and they charged me for all parts and labor fee prior to coming out 2 nd time bed base broke
You are not available for needed service .. phone line was a joke !
Look I am paying for tech to come out bed is less than a year old and had problems with it and now it comes down to I wish I never bought it and motor is t working have to pay 135 dollars up front service fee? W if at a scam

Need cord for bed disgusted with this being second time bed is malfunctioning and some scam with not having platium coverage in base as I had on all goods bought from raymour & flan. Had to pay 132.50
You dont answer customer service calls! Bought reviver bed broke first time shortly after buying ..
moved and misplaced cord tried to buy another taking 2weeks or more to get put batteries in back up and the it now doesnt work soo I call and no response from you and have to pay labor fee for them to come out up front ! Bs I say will be sure to announce on face book what gas occured

If a customer orders a split king bed it ships as two twin xl beds with brackets that hold the matress. but it takes special brackets when the split king is put together. I need 4 brackets they want 48 dollars for something that should be there
