Bed no pairing

Want to TALK to customer service person. Bed not paired, been through this before did basic trouble shooting. My remote doesnt have batteries that can be installed. Could still be remote, top light wont come on. Maybe bed sensor?

Complete lack of interest in finding a lost parcel

Received info that they had tried to deliver but parcel taken back due no answer, inspite of us being home. From then on no news of whereabouts. I have tried to get sense out of customer services with no reply other than parcel is lost. As contents, irreplaceable family photos going back to early 1900s, there is no commercial but a lot of sentimental value. I worked with international airlines and courier companies at LHR for 30+ years and in my experience nothing is lost but misplaced and with a little effort can be found. It would be nice if Evri could make this effort, in this age of computers with everything barcoded this should not be difficult. As an additiion to the above, only for information re Everi. In early December I ordered 2 Items as Christmas presents. Using their tracking system I established that their delivery on Sunday 11th Dec was cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. This information still shows on their system and no other detail available. I have given up trying to make contact with customer service as they also havn't any further info available. Any help you can give to hopefully retrieve my parcel would be much appreciateda

Need cord for bed realized it was missing after moving .. put batteries in no function then called raymour and they charged me for all parts and labor fee prior to coming out 2 nd time bed base broke
