Upset contractor

I used to be a contractor pushing the windows until the repairs got so high that i had no choice but to change suppliers . Revere took forever to process the claim and lied the entire time through it . If a customer request that we use them i let them realize that the warranties are just a piece of paper . No reason to file complaints because they dont care .

Revere casements worse Windows ever

These casements windows are difficult to open and close, but worse yet, I have already replaced one that fogged at my expense and I have another that is leaking around the top. I have called numerous times and have tried to get a supervisor that would at least have someone come to diagnose the problem, but they will not return my calls. The local distributor gave me a contractor's number that does warranty work, so I called him. He wants $150 to come just to take a look. This company will go under soon. Poor product, poor service, and *** poor customer service. You suck bad Revere. I wil be replacing each one as they leak or fog and I will let the world know!
