Defective emblem
- - Plan 17457-****; Part 114 Z/28 broke on removal.
- - Request three emblems not fastened to chrome.
- - I have had good experiences with Revell.
I purchased plan number 17457-****. Part 114 Z/28 was broken when removing due to it being fragile and the small size.
Please send me three emblems not fastened to chrome. It's much to small to remove with all tools I have tried.
I have never had problems with Revell in the past. I really appreciate the quality of your products as I have doing models for years.
User's recommendation: Emblems are very fragile. I contacted customer service as directed on the instructions and yet to hear from them. Hopefully they’ll send new ones.
