Broken spring on door mounted garbage can broke after 25 years probably used thousands of times. Customer service agent was excellent!

Bad warranty support after one month in service
- - Plastic latch jammed in the track on one side.
- - Open with pressure, mangling the latch; replacement required a photo and I won't buy again.
The plastic latch jammed in the track on one side. I had to apply some pressure to get the unit open.
In the process, the latch was mangled. I tried to get a replacement, but whatever information I submitted just wasnt enough. I explained that I didnt have the broken part, but their stance was that they would not do anything without a photo of the part.
I had the unit for a month. I will never buy a product from them again.
