Malpractice and office incompetence

Dear YELP Management, YELP Reviewers, Supporters and Contributors:

THINKING OF DENTAL IMPLANTS PLEASE READ!!

I am considered elderly and though there does not appear to be a particular category ON THIS SITE for the reporting of DENTAL OFFICES, DENTISTS, HOSPITALS, HEALTH CARE FACILITIES AND HEALTH CARE PERSONNEL, similar for reporting and reviewing the category of Restaurants etc. I feel there should be a listing of Health places to avoid for your own safety!

I engaged Reunion Dental Care for services, several years ago and I have been paying the price of severe pain and suffering to this day!

This type of exposure is needed especially during these times of COVID and other specific diseases, whereby, we the people, are being forced to rely on and become more and more dependent upon those in this field or dependent upon believing and expecting others working in this capacity to be competent, caring, and efficient. This should be standard criteria for our dental, health and safety needs to survive and thus enabling us to have or maintain an enjoyable and safe quality of life. May I add, it has been my experience that most of these individuals are incompetent and not well trained, do not follow the training, with incompetent supervisors as well. Nor is the use of integrity a normal practice in many of these facilities.

Intelligence should be mandatory especially since we must pay either out of pocket cash or insurance payments for these or their services.

I trusted a referring neighbor (who worked there at the time) and made the MISTAKE of walking through the doors of REUNION DENTAL CARE, located in Unit 201 at 18240 E 104th Avenue, in Commerce City, CO; thus, engaging the services of it is now known, incompetent Office Staff (Mr. J. R. who is no longer there, is the exception) AND ITS HIRED CONTRACTED DENTIST, DR., JOHN JUSTUS.

(BEWARE: to potential patients, when you go to a dentist office, confirm if the Dentist works for the office or has a separate contract with the dentist office and travels to various offices throughout the state with his own contract).

Bottom line, it was my prayerful plea that Reunion Dental Care by and through Dr. John Justus, a specialist to HELP ME and PROVIDE RELIEF AND COMFORT with my severe dental issues caused by a diabetic diagnosis. This diagnosis forced me to have my lower teeth removed due to the poisoning of my blood system from periodontal disease and endangering my upper teeth and my life.After removing my lower teeth, Dr. Justus installed what was to be a temporary dental implant which was to be in place for no more than 4 months while my permanent dental implants were being made - With the expense, exceeding $16K, (at that time) I was paying on a payment plan through dental works.

. The incompetent office staff, lost my permanent teeth, through the lab and the bad record keeping and filing system. . As a cover-up the office staff, blocked access to my payment account, denying me access for payment to which I had paid over $5K.

Then sent the account to collections!THEN THE IMPLANT BROKE IN HALF!When contacting the offices, they refused to fix the temporary implant, and of course they lost the permanent one and demanded payment of over $10K!As I refused to pay for something I dd not receive, they stopped communicating with me.As I would not dare, again sit in their dental chair, I proceeded to move to a more respectable and competent dentist office of SMILES DENTISTRY and MODERN DENTISTRY both in the area. However, the damage Reunion Dental Care l had caused was so severe they could not assist or help me and only recommended surgery i.e., Clear Choice Dentistry.at a cost of over $70K.Dr. Justus was aware of my dental health and did nothing, and the offices of Reunion Dental Care, simply ignored the problem they created.As two years have passed since this initial dreadful event, they are protected from accountability and responsibility as the Legal System (that protects fraud, incompetency, and other wrongful events) has a statute.It was during this two-year period, my mother was diagnosed with Cancer, I then focused my attention upon her, two years later she passed.

I used to have a great smile, sing in the choir, and speak clearly without having to cover my mouth (not due to covid) I can no longer chew food or as I have been left with an exposed screw sticking up out of my mouth and I cut my tongue on a regular basis, just trying to eat.

INSTEAD OF SERVING FOR THE PURPOSE THEY ARE OPEN AND BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE, THEY WOULD RATHER PLACE THEIR REPUTATION ON A TWO-YEAR STATUE AND COVER UP THEIR WRONGDOING BEWARE OF REUNION DENTAL CARE AND DR. JOHN JUSTUS

IT IS ALSO QUITE LIKELY THESE DENTAL OFFICES And MEDICAL FACILITIES Y OPERATE FROM A BIASED, RACIAL PREJUDICED OR DISCRIMINATORY PERSPECTIVE AS WELL

SCL HEALTH CARE, AND DR.

HAFNER WILL ALSO BE RECOGNIZED utilizing this platform for what they have done!

Not only is this important information directed to YELP it also is directed to PISSED OFF CONSUMERS and other outlets whose main purpose is to inform the public, clients, patients and or otherwise direct consumers of these facilities, , specifically elderly individuals and ANYONE WHO SHOULD BE ALERTED and educated to the HEALTH DANGERS of some DENTAL OFFICES AND MEDICAL FACILITIES IN THE STATE OF COLORADO, that are allowed to continue to operate with the knowledge that they have damaged individuals and/or a persons health and well-being which could ultimately cause them even more severe pain, harm and perhaps death,
