I ordered the same items twice by mistake, I tried to cancel it no options ,to call no one response, I sent emails no one response , and two items of them no return or exchange, so I dont know what I should do?

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased a dress AT FULL PRICE on the Retrofete website, tried on the same day it was delivered only to realize I need another size.
I followed return instructions and received a message "UNRETURNABLE ITEM". I carefully read return policy prior to purchasing from an unknown online vendor and it clearly states you can return within two weeks... it has been two days and now the dress is on sale. I PAID FULL PRICE and now I cannot reach a person to discuss with.
Next I will contact credit card company to dispute charge...
HORRIBLE customer service. People should be WARNED before purchasing from this company...

Nobody picks up the phone, nobody returned me a call, so i couldnt discuss my issue. The tax for refund is unacceptable, 350 its just crazy.
