Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Contacted Etsy through the message center.

Etsy pressured the seller for a refund. I only got a 90% refund..

I made a purchase for a custom PS2 handheld from Phoenix Retro Mods on Etsy. The original estimate on the merchant's store page is 4+ months, depending on demand. It's been around 9 months since I made my order. The merchant won't respond to any attempt to contact him. I'm being ghosted. I want my money back. Furthermore, I have no reason to believe this guy isn't a scammer. At least shut down the guy's store page before he takes anyone else's money.
