Everything

I would like to leave my review on the Retreat At Fitzsimons Apartment Complex because of the amount of anger, disgust, & disappointment I feel about this place. First of all I would like to say that these are one of the most awful places to rent a apartment complex. We first had problems the first 3 months when we moved in. First a HUGE leak happen in one of my closests, the dish washer leaks alot of water and soap when using, our stove was not even well cleaned and is a really old stove that looks like from the 70's, our toilet stopped working for 4 months, the lights stop working for 2 months, and our heaters started leaking and it doesnt work. Second, on there websites they say there apartment are well renovated which is a complete LIE. They gave us one of the most awful looking apartment complex that has damages on the doors & floor, difty stains & mold around the stove & sink. Lastly, they have the WORST management & employees. First they gave us an awful looking apartment complex by choosing it for us instead of showing us what other apartment complex are available. Also they don't notify you professionally when your lease is up for example our lease is up on April 9th and they notify us 58 days before which was on February 10th with a PIECE OF PAPER on EVERYONE'S DOOR instead of CALLING US or CALLING EVERYONE who are also renting these apartment conplex, that is WRONG & Unfair !!! It says ONLINE that It Is BEST to remind tenants of their 60-day responsibility about 70-75 days in advance (from the end of the lease). It should be clear that as the renter, they have to give 60 days notice at the end of a lease NOT 58 DAYS !!! Because of this issue I am going to file a complaint to the bbb (Better Business Bureau), the Housing Authorities, & Court because again what they are doing to us & everyone else who are renting these apartments is WRONG & UNFAIR. NEVER AGAIN will I ever rent a apartment complex here at Retreat At Fitzsimons Apartment & neither should you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO ANYONE !!!
