Will I was in the hospital this company took almost 400.00 dollars from my account. I contacted the company and did everything they wanted me to do.

Now not only do they have the products back but also my money. After several emails I am still not getting anywhere with this company. I want the money they took put back in my account.

It's been over a month since they got the products back. Sincerely Evelyn Lucks

Retinolla very shady company

Like others I thought I was getting a free sample for the cost of shipping but they charge you full price later. They say to read terms and conditions but this says in very small letters and very vaguely about returning in 15 days and that you pay full price and will be put on auto refill.

About as close to fraudsters as you can get.

They're not particularly friendly when you call to complain and although they offered about half the money back, we'll see if that happens. They also say they will *** auto refill but I don't trust this company and would be very careful about dealing with them

A crooked scam

Like several of the comments below, I fell for ordering a sample of retinolla and redoluxe which was charged to my Mastercard. I paid for anfd received the samples but did not order any more. And there was no fine print saying it would be sent if they didn't hear from me within a certain period of time.

I received the two larger bottles yesterday and was billed a total of $369.93 on my Mastercard which I shall be changing immediately. There was no address or phone # on the packing slip so I obtained a supposed contact number through the web page. Only music greeted the ringing, not a person. SInce the Better Business Bureau does not support this company it clearly shows that it is a scam.

I could have immediately returned this but would have no proof they ever received it.

As a senior on a fixed income I find this type of rotten business disgusting. Sharon Y Greer sygreer11@***.com

What a scam I tried to cancel they make it impossible then tried to charge me 179.95 instead of 2.95 Finally I canceled my credit card. the worst I have ever seen.I have written them several emails. and they still say I have to cancel it after I send it back.

Just ridiculous Scam Scam

Sneaky devils

While browsing the site of my internet provider, I was requested to complete a survey. The survey was meaningless, but for my participation I was offered to choose between three offerings.

, two were unavailable. The third was products from Retinolla and Revoluxe, and they would be sent to me provided I paid the shipping., which I did. The products were delivered, but i had a nagging feeling. And I glad , I followed thru.--- these products are not gifts or samples, All you get in return for paying the shipping is the"privilege" of testing the product for a period of 14 days. Unless you return the product within 14 days, your credit card will be charged @$197.00CAD and you'll be placed on an automatic monthly product dispatch, which likewise will be billed to your credit card you provided when you paid for the initial shipping.

Returning the product is at your own expense.

For me $35.65 later, I'm clear of these below the belt marketers. So beware, you all.

What a scam this is

Whoever is behind this fraud shall be investigated

After the free trial of 5 $ they took money of my account in 3 consecutive amounts

Anonymous

I can't get sastifaction from the company right now either.

I ordered the trial cream too and did not see any fine print of paying $179 if I keep the cream. Upon ordering the trial and the day I received my order I did more research and found this cost to be true if I kep the cream so I am sending it back.

, I tried contacting them by telephone and was told that their computer system is down and they cannot access my file. I sent an email requesting cancellation too.

They told me when theivsystem is up again that they will contact me. I suspect this is just to put me in the position of being ignored 14 days over the trial period.

I also fell for the trial offer? Initially cost me $15 shipping and handling then about 20 days later a charge on my card for $369 , called the company they offered me $160 refund, though Imdoubt I will see it , sent me an email saying they win 99.9% of complaints against them and if I contest I will get nothing, I too am a senior citizen, the scam I fell for purported to be a survey from my bank so I trusted it, this company is nothing but a scam, stay away from their products they are nothing but crooks in my opinion. I now have to cancel my card just in case, this company cannot be trusted.

total scam.

They ship, wait to bill you billing shows under 30 days and the ship date ends up over 30 days you are out of luck. After the 30 day policy is done they charge you and you have no option to return if in satisfied with product due to the lapse in billing and delivery.

Do not buy you don't get the time to assess and no response is satisfactory.

Totally scam company and they caught me under the Costco Name, a company whose refund policy I totally trust. They jacked up the shipping fees, ask you to pay $179+ after shipping you the "free sample".

You have to pay the return shipping , so a huge double loss. Definitely a complaint to Fraud Prevention and the Better Business Bureau.

BRANKA J

THEY GOT ME ON COSTCO 'DAILY PROMOTION'.

THEN I FOUND MY MASTER CARD HAD BEEN CHARGED $367.90

ITS CREATE GROUP TO FILE COMPLAINTS AGAINST COMPANY TO MINISTRY OF CONSUMERS SERVICES CANADA.

AVOID

This company is purely scamming the consumer. I too just found a charge on my visa card of 400.00 cdn.

My bank says that I agreed to this "in the fine print" and say I have to go after them myself. Crazy and hard to believe. I will persist but have the feeling no good end possible. Cancelled my CC though.

So hopefully not too many other folks will get taken advantage of. THe website is very slick and I can understand why it does attract the consumer. I hate having to write so many words.

Can't you just do this in as few words as possible? Gagh.

Retinolla Cream Free Trial Review from Loughton, England

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I ordered a free trial thru a third party company called Tapjoy which provides diamonds for certain online games if you carry out offers surveys etc... My bank alerted me yesterday to a possible fraud payment from china which I hadn't heard of so it was stopped.

Turned out it was retinolla. They are saying I owe them £101 for the creams as I didn't send them back within 14days. I'm disabled so I didn't sign for them myself or know they arrived until Friday anyway. They arrived sat 23rd April...

Sunday I couldn't return anything if I wanted. So technically tomorrow is my last day within 14 days. However I'm assured in the uk we are covered by a 30 day returns policy. I emailed the company as I couldn't log in with the detail they gave, the page just froze whatever I did, asking them to remove my details.

The company threatened me saying they'd traced my IP address which I ordered with matched it to my delivery address so they know exactly my details then offered a discount price to pay £49,95, then threatened me that they'd be contacting my bank and authorities to report me for customer fraud. My sister I law works at a bank in fraud and says I've covered by the 30 day returns, they can't take the money if I didn't know about it and that I should send the cream back to cover myself ASAP.
