So I have two emails attached to me and I didnt know how that happened. I have katn69@***.com and jk69butcher@***.com.
How do I resolve this? It wont let me update my password or anything I dont know what to do.

They are not providing me with any answers. Just ignoring my request why they froze my account and removed any cash back savings I had. I have zero idea why.
Macy's, CVS and many others - why? You also removed all cash back I had in my account?

I know this forum is about problems, but it should also be about solving them. I originally contacted RMN about cash back I was expecting on a travel purchase I made in Dec.
2024. I always do exactly what is stipulated to avoid any hang ups and then wait the proper number of days to receive my award. When I didn't get it I was not happy, so I started a case and sent them the necessary documents for validation. I should have received 10% of the subtotal after any discounts and before taxes, with a maximum of $50.
When I got a response I received $10, not the $42 I was expecting. I again contacted them and received a rather lame explanation which was neither accurate nor satisfying, so I sent email #3. This time I received an award that equaled the maximum of $50, which was more than generous, and accompanied by an apology for any inconvenience. Being a former customer service supervisor I always like to give credit for a job well done.
It may have taken a couple of emails, but they finally got it right. Thanks again RMN.

Repeated issues, $104 missing
Ive contacted RetailMeNot customer service multiple times. Of note there is no human you can call to speak with, you use a non-live message center to email back-and-forth.
I used RetailMeNot for years until this issue over a year ago that has still not been resolved. I work with inmates so my personal information such as Home address cannot be listed publicly therefore I asked RetailMeNot multiple times to remove my address, explaining the safety concern, to no avail and was told to reset my account which I did, but it also removed my balance at the time was $104.98. Over the next several months I communicated via email with a few different representatives. There was a lot of generic responses about troubleshooting that did not pertain to me, as if my messages were werent being read.
One agent did attempt to start helping me. I provided them all my information from my original account so they could verify, and I sent them receipts of transactions, including RetailMeNot email confirmations of my earned cashback, but when RetailMeNot agent responded, the issue had been reassigned to a new agent, and I started to get generic troubleshooting responses again. If you call the customer service number it tells you to message them online then hangs up; you dial zero it says invalid entry, and repeats itself. Im pretty upset because this all started with just trying to make a simple profile information adjustment and I was advised to reset my account and consequently lost over $100 worth of cash back I earned.
Essentially, RetailMeNot got to use and sell my data for free. Needless to say what was once my primary rebate provider, Ive discontinued using the platform.

I have a little money in my Retail me not account and need to transfer the funds to my paypal account at a different email address. The system will not allow me to change the address.
The 512 phone number is useless, ext's are non existant. They either disconnect, are invalid or a message stating " no one is available to take your call." I won't use them again.

I saved up my rewards and now they've sent them to a nonexistent PayPal address. $173.
How can I contact them and retrieve the money that I'm sure they received kickbacks for? I've tried every phone number listed on the search results, but the contact information provided is HELP.RETAILMENOT.COM - nowhere to be found!

Unable to contact customer service online - Your browser [Safari] is not supported. I called their customer service phone number.
This proved to be frustrating, as they have insulated themselves from such contact.
My issue is uncomplicated; it's just a question regarding their Cash Back program. Why make it hard?

Pissed off
I have tried repeatedly to get my 44.76 in rewards I am due but my signin is not working so when I ask to change my password they send an email supposedly to get instructions emailed to you on how to change your password. After 25 or 30 times doing this, I have not been able to do that and so they are somehow able to keep my 44.76.

Not an honorable company. You have to wait 45 or more days before you get your cashback.
If you wait the 45 days before you contact them, I hope you kept ALL emails from the company to want to get cashback from.
You have to keep all the emails until you get your cashback. That can be 45 days or more. If you have to write in for your refund, you have to attach the confirmation email from the company you did business with, even if you use *their* confirmation email which has all the same information. If you send them their email you still have to send the confirmations.
Their site acknowledges that you made a purchase through one of their sponsored merchants, but you still have to fight for the cashback.
I have had problems with a few different purchases, written in with proofs and they promised that they would manually add my cashback. I trusted them to keep their word and got rid of all the backup. Only to find out later, no added cashback. I have lost probably less than $10 cashback, but I can use that.
Please!!
Do not trust them. I cannot speak for other cashback companies, but I know that this one in not honorable.

RetailMeNot was added to my Chrome Browser by accident. I did not sign up for it.
Hence, no login. No password. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. I WANT THIS THING TAKEN OFF MY DESKTOP.
I HAVE NORTON SECURITY. I NEED THE DOMAIN ADDRESS SO NORTON CAN BLOCK THIS FROM INTERFERING WITH MY DESKTOP.

Ever since the US postal service stop putting my ads in my mailbox on Tuesdays You guys took over and my ads come Wednesday afternoon several hours after the ads started. These ads are printed a week in advance why can't you deliver them on Tuesday so we all get a head start on the ads when it starts On Wednesday morning Any more and I just throw All the ads into my trash can By the time I get the ads It's already passed And stores run out of the top selling special

Walking across lawns right by bedroom windows
In Lincoln Park Mi 48146 there is an ordinance that all delivery's including mail and your paper you are to use the sidewalks. Your delivery people walk right across our lawns right by our house and not only myself but other neighbors feel uncomfortable your employees being so close to our bedroom windows. USE THE SIDEWALKS.

Ads come a day late
The ads should come A-day before they start so people can review the ads and then plan a strategy to go out and shop. When the adds come the day of the ads everything's gone all the special deals are gone
