I need to return two bathing suits that I purchased there was no packing slip
I also sent a screenshot of my order from my gmail account , I had ordered three suits received 2 and they said a pay pal account would refund me for the one I did not receive. I hope to get this resolved as soon as possible thank you Debra pulgino. Ther is no way to talk to anybody about this issue,

They don’t do returns!
I am stuck with $198 order, every single thing too small to wear, and Retaica is offering me $21 telling me to keep the order! I can not wear one single item. They have no customer service phone number, if you email it takes days for them to get back to you, only to tell you, they dont allow returns or exchanges!

No response for returns
I have emailed their service department 4 times over the past 2 weeks without response.
Trying to return my dress that did not fit and have yet to receive a response from them.
Very frustrating experience. I will not use them in the future.

Never received order and charged for it
I placed an order for clothes. I just received a charge on my credit card but have never received the clothes.
No phone number to call. I will call my credit card company and make sure and file a complaint.

FRAUD
Retaica is advertising stock photos of clothing made by other designers. They are claiming the products are made in the USA and ship from the USA.
They have tons of positive reviews that are also fraudulent. It took over a month to receive the two dresses that I ordered. I knew the minute I saw the packing that I had been scammed. The package had Chinese writing all over it, and the return address was from John Doe.
The material of the dresses is very cheap, the sewing was horrible and nothing I would ever wear. Not able to return or be refunded.

- Cheap clothing made in either dubai or china

Still haven’t received order
I placed an order on November 14th for Christmas gifts & it is now December 18th & I still havent received it. Am I going to get it in time for Christmas??

Cost, Poor Quality and Poor Service
The quality of the product does not match the cost. Way over priced.
It also to way to long to deliver.
Trying to return part of the order that does not fit nd Retaica is making it very difficult. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Refusal to send return label
I ordered two pretty dresses from Retaica. One fits well and I love it.
The other is too little and it needs to be exchanged. The order was over $80.00 so the return label should be for free shipping. I have emailed the company several times and have heard nothing from them. I do not know what to do, because it only lasts for 30 days.
I would appreciate any help you could give me. The dress is beautiful and I would really like to have it.

Delivery of items
Extremely slow delivery time took 6 weeks and company did not respond to any inquiries regarding status of items. Will never purchase from them again.

Never received my order

Been trying to get response to my request for return address label. You say I have to get approval from customer service but I can't reach anyone. Please contact as soon as possible.

Requested return multiple times with no response. After contacting pissed customer, they did respond stating they would refund 30% of the order amount.
