ReSys Real Estate - Maintenance Review from Newark, New Jersey

Worst mgmt company ever. They do not fix problems in a timely manner. You put a request in for work and they just let it drag on and on. Put in a request to have refrigerator fixed still 6 days later and still not working. Company they sent out to fix it don't know what the problem is says its gonna take another 5 days. Really 2 weeks without a refrigerator is ridiculous and they don't even know if the part that they are ordering is going to fix the refrigerator. There is no communication between resys and company they sent out to fix refrigerator. Maintenance office is quick to hang up phone with me , does not check on progress or lack there of with this whole situation. Do not use Resys real estate management company.

Neglected their duties

ReSys Real Estate was to "test" for mold at a home I rent out. Reportedly sent 3 different companies to do this "test" and left renters in a home with major portions of walls missing and insulation removed. (Reportedly one of the companies ReSys sent to the rental--the man was wearing a tux...what kind of work can be done in a tux?) Renters had to tape up walls to try keep Las Vegas's extreme heat out. ReSys did not contact renters or myself (owner) about results and what was next. I mailed 2 certified/registered letters to ReSys in early Oct 2010. Company sigend they received them but never contacted me in response.

Almost the same exact thing happened to me. This business needs to be shut down already. Nothing about this company is good.
