I paid for a Comcast residential ip, I got just username and password, no server and port, been opening a support continuously but no reply from them, I don’t know what to do right now..

I have desperately been trying to cancel my ResVPN service for weeks now! I've opened support tickets, sent emails and tried to find other contact methods but all they do is keep invoicing me. Does anyone know how I can just cancel my service? Thank you!

Tried signing up for a ResVPN $5 trial for 24 hours. I received an email with the details but no instructions setup to setup their proxies. In fact, there is no mention of how to use their services anywhere on their their website. I opened a ticket and support said that they don't do $5 trials, even though their site still has this option! They will not give me my money back for a service I can not use and they tell me doesn't exist. Avoid ResVPN. This company is a scam. They try and trick you into signing up with them and taking your money without delivering anything. I keep sending them emails to refund my money and they don't respond anymore. Avoid this company.

What's going on ? 3 days no delivery?
