This company is trying to take 23$ and some change for a service that I do not use and I would appreciate it if you could help me out with this issue please
They are fraud. They took my money and never refund.
- The company charged subscription money from their account.
- Refund was approved but not returned after a month; bank shows no refund instruction.
They are frauds. They get subscription money from my account.
And as a consumer, I have right to ask refund if I never used any services. I requested a refund and they approved it. It has been over a month and I did not et my money back. My bank told me that there were never a refund instruction from this company to my account.
They are frauds and disrespectful.
They thought I have no where to report them. But, from now on, I will do my best because I do not want anybody like me get in to their scam.
