Did not deliver on what the promised
My resume was only posted to one site and I did not receive any updates. They said that my resume would be posted to multiple sites and it was not.

The prompt to take down card information works, and it's good at charging the fee. So, I seriously doubt they are incompetent.
The window closed without giving any confirmation, so I emailed customer service. They emailed back saying that the problem was solved and provided a link. But no refund and no mention of it. That's a surprise.
They will gladly charge you twice without the slightest concern.
What do you call people who are perfectly willing to take your money and not provide anything in return? Especially people who may have just lost their jobs. "Oh, you just lost your job? Let me ram it in again, just to let you know that cruelty is alive and well.
Gimmie your money, fool!" If you call that tuition to the school of suck, then maybe it's kind of a bargain. Maybe I should thank you.

They didn't post my resume so far on 2 sites, the 1 I have seen so far was sloppy.. I have had to fix all 3..
They had a 100% money back guarantee if not satisfied. I told them I was NOT satisfied.. They would not allow me to get my money back because *I* fixed the problem...
My Bank said I authorized The charge so i cant do anything about it .. I still have to now check 32+ sites If i remember right because there is no way I can get my money back because the bank has said that and their customer service refuses to help hold up their own TOS agreement.
