Resume Companion Subscription Review
Total scam it is not make clear that it is a monthly subscription service. They don't issue a monthly statement.
I was charged $524.25 before I noticed it on my bank statement.
Resume Companion charged me for a full month's service when I specifically chose a week's.
- - Chose the One Week service ($4.95) after using Resume Companion.
- - Charged for a full month; refund denied; I won't use Resume Companion again.
Through the online resume builder, Resume Companion, I decided to use one of their templets for a resume. When I did this, at the end of the process you are asked to choose which type of service you would like to use. I chose the "One Week" which was 4.95. Since then I have been traveling and relocating to another state, therefore not paying as close attention to my bank account as normal. They went ahead and charged me for a full months service. When I asked Resume Companion to *** these charges because I had chosen the one week service, they refused.
I think Resume Companion cons their customers. I will never use their services again.
