Resume Build

59.00 was taken from my account today. I need it refunded to my account ending in 4360... Felicia Farris felicfarris25@***.com

Resume build is a scam plain and simple. They sell you a service for $1.95, they hide a charge of $60 every 12 weeks if you don’t cancel within 7 days deep in some terms and conditions that they know nobody reads.

I used their site for an hour and they charged me $60 dollars. Why would I need 12 weeks to make a resume? These *** don’t send an alert that your trial is ending and they will be charging you thai ridiculous “membership fee”. No notifications are given before or after you are charged.

THIS IS A SCAM.

The same representative in Bulgaria answers every email (Fake name I’m assuming). Stay away, put these frauds out of business!

This is a scam website that doesnt tell you you will be charged 60$ for your resume !

They charge you first like 2$ for 7 days access to check and download your resume.

And 12 days later, they charge you again but 60$ !!!

Of course in their term and use you have only 7 days to say you want to be reimbursed, but they charge you after 12 days so it is too late....

This is actually how they make money.

Fraudulent transaction done by them. There is no auto renewal option or auto subscription. They deducted an amount from my bank without consent.

Just got charged for this subscription. I just needed a 7day account and paid for it. Today I got charged for a renewal. Did not know there was an auto-deduction in place else I would have canceled my subscription. I do not need this renewal.

Have sent out numerous emails requesting a refund but all in vain.

I don't want to be paying for a service which I will never use again in the future. Paying for a 12week extended service makes no sense to me.

I fail you understand your explanation for this. Why a refund is not possible when the customer himself has not used your tool and does not want to use it anymore.

HORRIBLE I spent my time developing a resume in one of the "free" templates. When I finished and downloaded the resume from their site into WORD some of the formatting didn't translate.

Bullets where where they weren't supposed to be. The bullets would not delete. The ONLY way I could fix it was to cut and "paste special unformatted text", then go through and reformat the entire document. There was supposed to be a line between my name and email, phone, etc.

The line did translate into the Word doc either. I called customer service and they WERE NO HELP AT ALL! Finally, the templates are not free. After they decieve you by telling you they and and you spend all of your time building the resume in their system, when you go to download your resume then they tell you there is a fee!

I paid cause I wanted the resume, only to find out the sold me non-functional document!

HORRIBLE!!! The did give me my money back when I demanded, is the only good thing I can say.
