Restore it was sent out by my home warranty company Landmark home warranty they checked the system told me it was fine no problems the two weeks later the ac quits cooling well they had to come out again this time they said it was three pounds low on Freon so I had them add the Freon and stop leak it’s working fine now but come to find out they sent a bill to landmark for a copasitor for the first time they where out funny they said nothing was wrong with the ac then they lie and rip you off do not use this company beware they will not fix your ac honestly

Landmark useless home warranty recommended this "SHADY" company. They came out to diagnose the damage on my dishwasher that was leaking.

Their diagnosis found that it was the control arm assembly leaking through the under-carriage. After a battle with Landmark Home warranty, they sent these guys out again. The poor excuse for a repairman came out, and caused a secondary leak at the supply line. He purposely stressed the weld at the copper pipe.

He did this maliciously after being confronted and asked, "how can you say its fixed when there is water under the washer"? That is when he began pretending to be fixing in the area of the copper pipe. When he was confronted he said with a smirk on his face......."Take it up with your insurance, it's your pipe that's leaking."! I called up to complain to the repair manager.

That's when I found out that daddy is the repair manager. He defended his sons actions and gave me the same ignorant response. He didn't care about the conflicting diagnosis or any thing else that I had to say. Water was everywhere!!!

I can only warn whoever reads this........... DON'T HAVE THIS COMPANY DO ANYTHING FOR YOU!!!!!!

Landmark Warranty forces you to use their vendor and you are suppose to get a choice of companies according to their contract. The reason they force you to use one company is because they will over charge you and LMW probably gets a cut of the overcharge (charge for work really not done).
