Slippery slope not covered by warranty
I purchased this mattress in June 2022 and the mattress started going down like a ski slope around December. I contacted Darvin Furniture and they asked for pictures.
I sent them pictures and they said because their was a stain on the mattress that "voids" the manufacturer warranty. I am really struggling to understand what a stain has to do with the fact that the mattress is "TRASH". A mattress with a warranty of 5-10 years is no good in 5 months, Now this is fraud, at it's best.
They know their product is trash so they provide you with a warranty knowing they will come up with another excuse as to why the mattress can't be replaced. I wouldn't by another mattress with their name on it or anything else from Darvin furniture if I have to sit or sleep or the floor.

It should be illegal to sell this mattress!!!
We were shopping for a mattress during the height of the pandemic, thats the reason we went to a local furniture (Home Furniture, Lawrenceburg Indiana). We trusted this business as we have purchased furniture there before.
I explained how Ive had 3 back surgeries and I must have a high quality mattress. We purchased a king size mattress and within 2 nights we knew it was junk! My Husband would have to brace his hand against the nightstand to prevent him from falling to the floor! We called the furniture store and we met with Chris to resolve the issue.
It just happened to be the day the Restonic Representative was in the store. We talked to him about our complaints and he convinced us to purchase a more expensive mattress. We wanted to give the business a chance to make it right! What a mistake!
Apparently you cant even trust the company representatives! They delivered the very costly junk to our home and it was so bad! Called Chris, explained our same complaints with no resolve. He had me take several photos since it was now up to us to go through the manufacture warranty to no avail!
They would do absolutely nothing for us!
So we had to go purchase another mattress and we now have a $3000 mattress propped up against our basement wall! Do not buy from this company, worst product ever and the furniture store or the manufacturer will not stand behind the product they sell to the public!

Poor customer service
It is 9/21/2021 and I have yet to receive a response from Restronic Customer Service, even after emailing them directly on August 27, 2021. There is the distinct feeling of coils poking me in my upper back.
THis mattress is TRASH.
I do not recommend buying from this company, as if something goes wrong they WILL NOT BOTHER TO MAKE IT RIGHT OR REACH BACK OUT TO YOU! THEY SENT ME A DEFECTIVE OR USED MATTRESS!!!

The mattress is just one year old and it sages in the middle. I do rotate it and it is getting so bad that I don't think I will be able to keep it. It's really bad!!!!
