I purchased several restaurant.com certificates over the past 3-4 years and never had an issue until today, when I attempted to use one at Drovers Cafe in Brush, CO. When they attempted to call and get the coupon verified, it was denied as it said that it was not a valid certificate.
How can they just deny their authenticity when I purchased them from this company? If the restaurant no longer wanted to be on this site, then shouldn't restaurants.com contact me so I can choose a different restaurant? But no, they just removed all the certificates from my portal site.
Cheats! Never again.

I have certificates for restaurants that went out of business
This company's website has no information on what to do or how to get a refund, NOR DO THEY HAVE ANY CONTACT INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!
- I used a certificate from them once over 10 years ago and it was great
- Zero customer service

None of the certs work at the restaurants. Then when you try to get help, they want to charge you and ask for your credit card. WHAT? I am not giving them money or my credit card info to get an answer

I have been unable to get a hold of this company. Ive tried emailing and no phone number seems to be available.
You have rotten choices for restaurant choices and missing gift cards
I had travel gift cards now reduced to peanuts and was not notified of your removal of these screw me incentives. I also see 90 % of my certificates are no good in my area.
I do have printed copies of all transactions and travel ones that are not there. I would like a refund of all transactions on my behave.
