Once you sign the contract with them, you don't hear from your broker again. No effort is put into your business sales strategy.
I tried calling and didn't hear any updates. When my contract finally expired, I was very disappointed to find out all my warm leads were never followed up with.
Your broker could care less if your business is sold or not. A big waste of time!

I agree with lack of effort and follow up on getting your business sold. I had the same experience. I really thought this company could do much better.
