This company will tell you whatever you need to hear to get an order and they do not have the integrity to comply with their own terms & conditions. Promised delivery dates mean nothing to them. Chairs promised to be "in stock" are not. What's even more amazing is that they don't care about customer service and they will tell you that when trying to track a late or undelivererd order. I ordered all new chairs and bar stools for my restaurant and 3 had damage from shipping when they arrived. The delivery driver took pictures and submitted a shipping claim. The furniture company flat out said that the chairs and bar stools were fine when they left and wasn't going to cover or replace any of them. Many phone calls and emails later I'm sending a charge back to my credit card company for 2 damaged chairs and 1 bar stool. Terrible...

I ordered chairs from their website because the website quoted "Free Shipping" AND while placing my order their system had me put in my zip code to estimate shipping and the shipping estimate was $0. After I gave them my cc# and thought I had placed an order, I received an email saying a csr would contact me within 3 hours. Sent money in for a lot of bar stools and was told the color I wanted was in stock and should have in two weeks. Two weeks later we received an email stating the "chair" I ordered got damaged and was no longer in stock. I replied that I order a lot of bar stools.
