Failed to provide customer service for website

I paid for them to build me a website which they did, but failed to provide the customer service for the website that was promised. They scheduled customer service appointments and would not be avilable for them when I needed questions answered. I had a friend of mine order something from the website and she never received the item, I tried to get answers and they put me off, I told them to take the website down until correction were made, they will no longer communicate with me. Right now I am currently out $4400 plus the cost of $995 website that they recommended for the best traffic.
