I called hotel & wanted a room and use of pool. They told me to use day pass. I did book through day pass. Went to hotel only to find out room not included. I tried to cancel per hotel recommendation & couldnt find a phone number or any way to cancel & possibly re book through resort for a day. Just very unsatisfied & mislead.
