Refund- Hotel amenities were closed -pool dirty with leaves everywhere

I can't reach anyone by phone to request a full refund, booking id 465****. upon arrival to the Omni hotel resort Hilton Head-the hotel is undergoing a renovation, the pools/ hot tubs were filthy and I paid 119.00. I am requesting a full refund but can't seem to reach anyone at resortpass.com

We booked a day pass at this particular resort and when arriving we found both pools to be insanitary and not taken care of. I asked the front desk for a refund and they told me Id have to contact the 3rd party I booked through.

We didnt end up using the day pass I paid for and Id like a refund. Next time I will physically check the place out before booking the day of. We were just wanting a last minute thing to do to relax somewhere since the spa we were hoping to go to on vacation was closed.

Id really like to be considered for a refund for the 2 passes I purchased since we did not use them. Pictures to prove of the pool area and lack of care are attached.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. They moved booking to my preferred date.

NoCancelled my birthday reservation and not even a phone call. It was a cool igloo and ice skating, no notice just a casual email that it was cancelled. Even though the hotel confirmed my booking the night before!!!

Urgent help

There was no help available with resort pass. We ended up paying more for the cabana than the onsite rental, then had to pay a service charge followed by food, beverage and tip on top of the service charge. The only things included were towels, water, spritzer, and a cooler to store the items. While the staff was friendly and nice, the offering was bare bones.
